Directions to Scout Hall venue:
Here is how to find the Scout Hall:
By car: Enter the main entrance of the High School for Boys campus, which is off the Kingsham Road. Follow the drive until you reach a large roundabout, proceed towards the EXIT (signposted), there are a set of tennis courts to your left. Evenings and weekends only, you can park in the coach lanes here. On weekdays park on the left, near the turn in to the Scout Hall. The Scout Hall is the low wooden, pale blue building on the left, through the metal green gates. you will see my red car/van parked outside. If you find yourself exited at the Post Office, then you have gone a little bit too far. On dark evenings a torch is advisable. If arriving on foot, you can approach from the Post Office depot, walk up the path and turn right at the tennis courts, the Scout Hall is through the gates.

General Information:
You are free to attend as many sessions as you wish, come and go to suit; additionally, a loyalty card is available if you pay for three sessions at a time. You can learn at your own pace; some of my learners have specific goals, whilst others enjoy the experience or make it a hobby. Importantly all levels are welcome, from the complete beginner to those wishing to advance their skills.
The workshops are very relaxed; after initial guidance you can receive as much tuition and advice as you like depending on how much you want to learn.

I'm sure you will enjoy it, all you need to bring is an apron or work shirt, and any ideas or images you would like to turn into prints, however I always bring plenty of books and images if you get stuck for ideas. Use of tools, paper, and ink is free, as are test pieces of lino and wood, further items can be purchased from myself as you progress (tools, papers, materials etc.)
